President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan stated that they had a fruitful meeting in Sochi with President Vladimir Putin of Russia.
In the post shared on his social media account, President Erdoğan said, "We departed Sochi after a fruitful meeting with my counterpart Putin."
President Erdoğan’s post also featured a photo of himself with President Putin of Russia.
President Erdoğan arrived in Ankara after his one-day visit to Russia.
Vice President Fuat Oktay, Director of Administrative Affairs of the Presidency Metin Kıratlı, Defence Industries President İsmail Demir, Governor of Ankara Vasip Şahin and other officials welcomed President Erdoğan at Esenboğa Airport.
President Erdoğan was accompanied on his return to Ankara by the Director of National Intelligence Organisation Hakan Fidan, Director of Communications Fahrettin Altun and Presidential Spokesperson İbrahim Kalın.
