President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke by the phone with President Joe Biden of the US.
The two leaders agreed on the importance of working together to enhance cooperation on the basis of relations of mutual interest and strategic nature of bilateral relations.
President Erdoğan underscored that resolving such issues as FETO’s presence in the US and US’ support for the PKK-PYD terrorist organisation in Syria was important to advance Turkish-American relations.
The two leaders agreed on meeting on the sidelines of the NATO Leaders’ Summit in June.
