President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will pay an official visit to Pakistan on February 13-14, 2020 for the 6th meeting of the Turkey-Pakistan High Level Strategic Cooperation Council.
All aspects of the bilateral relations between Turkey and Pakistan will be reviewed and possible steps for the further strengthening of cooperation between the two countries will be discussed at the Council meeting to be held in Islamabad under the co-chairmanship of President Erdoğan and Prime Minister Imran Khan of Pakistan with the participation of relevant ministers.
It is also on the agenda of the visit that various agreements be signed on the occasion of the Council meeting which will significantly contribute to the conventional basis of the bilateral relations.
Turkey-Pakistan Business Forum will be held on the margins of the meeting.
President Erdoğan will also meet with President Arif Alvi of Pakistan.
Views will be exchanged regarding bilateral relations as well as regional and international developments during the talks.
President Erdoğan will address a joint session of the National Assembly and Senate of Pakistan.
