President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan held a phone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
During the phone conversation, Erdoğan and Putin discussed developments regarding the points agreed under the Additional Protocol to the Memorandum on Stabilization of Situation in Idlib De-escalation Zone signed between Turkey and Russia on March 5.
