Prof. Zekayi Kutlubay and the patients Neslihan Özturhallı, her daughter Sude Özturhallı and husband Ümit Özturhallı, as well as Selim Altınarık, Halit Bilkay and Muharrem Çelik.

Noting that the number of people who died due to Covid-19 decreased, President Erdoğan stated the following:

“Meanwhile, there is a serious increase in the number of those who are discharged from the hospitals. We are, of course, pleased with these developments. Our only fear is complacency. This may be a serious concern for us if it happens. For this reason, we say that; let us continue with the best intentions without being overcome by languor. Cerrahpaşa, of course, has always been on our side during this period. Therefore, I thank them on behalf of my nation. I would also like to thank Mr. Kenan Midilli and Mr. Mert Kuşkucu. We cannot forget them due to their support. I especially want to express this.”
