President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke by phone with President Paul Kagame of Rwanda.
The call addressed the Türkiye-Rwanda bilateral relations and regional matters.
Drawing attention to the positive development in the trade and investments between the two countries, President Erdoğan stated that we will continue our cooperation in many areas, particularly defense industry.
Welcoming the efforts exerted for a de-escalation in the tensions between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, President Erdoğan hailed the constructive stance displayed by both countries, and expressed Türkiye’s support for the process.
