In the posted video, President Erdoğan addressed the workers via the phone of Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu, saying, "Kindly extend my heartfelt greetings and affection to all of our friends. Inshallah, if all goes well, we will inaugurate this great achievement on Saturday.
