President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan wished the National Youth Employment Strategy and Action Plan to be auspicious for all young people.
In a post shared on his Twitter account, President Erdoğan stated, “Türkiye has great potential in terms of its young population, which is something that only few other countries have. I wish for the National Youth Employment Strategy and Action Plan, which is a critical step toward making use of this potential, to be auspicious for all of our young people in the future.”
In the post shared by President Erdoğan, with the title "National Youth Employment Strategy and Action Plan", it was said, "Our aim for 2023 is to reduce the youth unemployment rate to 17.8 per cent, increase the labour force participation rate of young people to 46 per cent, reduce the rate of young people not in employment, education or training to 20 per cent."
