President Erdoğan said: "Turkish Airlines has contributed 56 billion dollars to our country's economy and strengthened its leadership in this field with approximately 16 billion dollars in service exports in 2023."
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan sent a video message to the Turkish Airlines Management Summit and wished for success and auspicious outcomes.
President Erdoğan expressed his pleasure to participate in the summit, albeit via video message, in 2024, which started with ambitious aspirations after a year marked by significant achievements that made the nation proud and stated the following:
"We are taking solid and decisive steps towards the future in accordance with our vision of the Century of Türkiye. The level of achievement in the aviation industry in our country is steadily increasing. In addition to being Türkiye's most valuable brand, Turkish Airlines is the airline with the most international flights and has built a reputation for itself by contributing to the Turkish economy.

President Erdoğan emphasised that the order of 350 aircraft announced by Turkish Airlines in the last weeks of last year is a significant reflection of its vision for the future, and said, "With these thoughts, I once again greet the Turkish Airlines family, who are working to make our flag fly higher in the skies, with respect. May your sky be clear."
