President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan sent a video message to the 6th Ethnosport Forum in Antalya, organised under the motto "Revitalisation of Traditional Sports."
President Erdoğan expressed his delight at hosting the guests in Antalya, one of the most beautiful cities in Türkiye, and wished that the forum, which was organised under the motto "Revitalisation of Traditional Sports," would yield auspicious outcomes for all member countries, attendees, and all sportspeople.
Thanking everyone from all over the world who participated in and contributed to the Forum, President Erdoğan went on to state:
"The Ethnosport Forum is being held at a time when global crises, tensions, and conflicts pose a threat to humanity's shared future. I consider our Forum, which embodies the vast diversity of traditional sports, a platform for peace and solidarity regardless of differences. I hope that the Ethnosport Forum, which is attended by corporate members as well as representatives at various levels from 50 different countries, will help to foster a climate of peace and trust around the world, particularly in our region. Our Forum, which is one of the world's top events in terms of participant diversity, will make everyone feel its uniqueness and potential through the messages it will deliver."

President Erdoğan emphasised that the growing interest in traditional sports and games is a sign that the efforts are going in the right direction.
Congratulating the people and institutions that will receive the traditional sports awards organised within this framework, President Erdoğan continued:
"I believe that the spirit of solidarity that will end the human tragedy in Gaza, which shares the same sea as Antalya, just across the Mediterranean Sea, will be manifested in this forum. We will continue to do our utmost to prevent the ongoing crises, massacres, and suffering in our neighbouring regions, particularly Gaza. We will strive harder than ever to ensure that peace, justice, and tranquillity prevail throughout the world, beginning with our kindred geography. I look forward to your support in this blessed struggle for a more just and prosperous world."
President Erdoğan congratulated the World Ethnosport Federation management for their exemplary hosting of the event.
