President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said, “We, as Türkiye, are endeavouring to foster a human resources culture based on values such as equal opportunity, transparency, accountability, innovation and merit in our public and private sectors. We have made great strides in this direction over the past two decades through our efforts in the areas of democracy, fundamental rights and freedoms, infrastructure investments, and digitalisation.”
President Erdoğan sent a message to the İstanbul HR Forum organised for the first time by the Presidency’s Human Resources Office at the İstanbul Congress Centre on December 5 and 6 under the theme “Talent hub of the new century”.
President Erdoğan welcomed the guests who came to İstanbul, the meeting point of continents and cultures and said: “We, as Türkiye, are endeavouring to foster a human resources culture based on values such as equal opportunity, transparency, accountability, innovation and merit in our public and private sectors. We have made great strides in this direction over the past two decades through our efforts in the areas of democracy, fundamental rights and freedoms, infrastructure investments, and digitalisation. We have created an environment in which no citizen is marginalised, discriminated against, or faces artificial obstacles on the path to achieving their dreams, regardless of their beliefs, views, or origins.”
Indicating that the Presidential Government System improves the country’s institutional capacity in terms of human resource management, President Erdoğan said:
“We have introduced a comprehensive and accessible model of human resources to our nation, which will propel the skills and competencies of our citizens to greater heights. Within the framework of Century of Türkiye vision, we intend to enhance the effectiveness of this model and complete it in every way by eliminating its shortcomings. I believe that the institution, which brings together more than three thousand participants from all over the world, will contribute to our efforts by enabling us to exchange experience and knowledge on an international scale.”
