President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan left TRNC after July 20 Peace and Freedom Day ceremonies.
President Erdoğan and his entourage left for İstanbul.
President Erdoğan was seen off at Ercan Airport by President Ersin Tatar and Prime Minister Ünal Üstel of the TRNC as well as Turkish Ambassador to Lefkosa (Nicosia) Metin Feyzioğlu.
President Erdoğan was greeted on his arrival in Türkiye by Governor of İstanbul Davut Gül, AK Party İstanbul Provincial Chairman Osman Nuri Kabaktepe and other officials.
