President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan received Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), Kubanychbek Omuraliev, and foreign ministers of member countries who are in Istanbul for the Informal Meeting of the OTS.
Attending the meeting at Dolmabahçe Presidential Office were OTS Secretary General Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Ceyhun Bayramov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bahtiyor Saidov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Jeenbek Kulubaev, and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Alibek Bakayev.
Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan and Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar were also present at the meeting.
