President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke by phone with Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim of Malaysia.
The leaders discussed the Türkiye-Malaysia bilateral relations, as well as regional and global developments.
Noting that the Türkiye-Malaysia relations are progressing at an excellent level in all areas, President Erdoğan said that efforts are continuing to enhance the relations even further.
Stressing that Türkiye is closely following the conflicts that broke out in Iran and then spilled across the region, and that the prolongation of the conflicts might drag the region into a more difficult process, President Erdoğan stated that Türkiye is endeavoring to make sure a return to diplomacy, and that it will continue its peace-oriented talks with the leaders.
