President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke by phone with President Isaac Herzog of Israel.
The call addressed the latest developments regarding the tension in the region as well as the ongoing incidents in Israel and Palestine.
Underscoring that any step, in which the people of Gaza will get harm as a whole without any discrimination, will further increase the sufferings and the spiral of violence in the region, President Erdoğan said all should act with commonsense, and that the immediate restoration of peace in the region is of crucial importance in terms of the serenity of the entire region.
President Erdoğan stated that Türkiye’s efforts will increasingly continue in order for the worrying conflicts in the region to end and for the lasting peace to be ensured.
