President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke by phone with Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates.
The call addressed the Türkiye-UAE bilateral relations as well as regional and global matters.
Stating that cooperation between Türkiye and the UAE will continue to increase in numerous spheres, particularly in defense industry and economy, President Erdoğan said that we work to enhance the relations.
Noting that Türkiye endeavors for the Iran-U.S. tension and similar conflictual processes in our region to end, President Erdoğan said that our peace-oriented diplomatic initiatives will continue, and that we never approve of attacks on the brotherly countries in our region.
President Erdoğan highlighted the importance of the two countries' cooperation on other regional matters as well.
