President Erdoğan was presented with the Order of Al Hussein bin Ali by King Abdullah II of Jordan.
The “Hussein Bin Ali Order Conferment Ceremony” took place at the Dolmabahçe Presidential Working Office following the conclusion of bilateral and delegation-level meetings between the two leaders.
At the ceremony, King Abdullah II of Jordan presented President Erdoğan with the Order of Al Hussein bin Ali.

Speaking after receiving the Order of Al Hussein bin Ali from King Abdullah II at the Dolmabahçe Presidential Working Office, President Erdoğan expressed his appreciation for the conferment.
President Erdoğan said, "I extend my gratitude for this gracious gesture. I regard and accept this Order as a tangible manifestation of the deep historical ties between our nations and peoples. I believe that this distinguished order will further strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and friendship between us."
President Erdoğan went on to say:
"In today’s talks with my esteemed brother, His Majesty King Abdullah, we took important decisions that will reinforce the friendship between our two countries. We found ourselves in full agreement on the need for peace, security, and stability to prevail across every corner of our region. I conveyed to my valued brother our appreciation for Jordan’s efforts as the custodian of the holy sites in East Al-Quds. I hope that our discussions will yield auspicious results for our countries and for the region. As we prepare to welcome the blessed month of Ramadan in 11 days, I extend my heartfelt congratulations and pray that it will open the doors of mercy, abundance, and peace for our nations and for the entire Islamic world."
Extending his gratitude to King Abdullah II and once again conveying his respectful and affectionate greetings to his Jordanian brothers and sisters, President Erdoğan said: “May Allah render our brotherhood and solidarity everlasting.”

King Abdullah II highlighted the relations between the two countries following the "Al Hussein bin Ali Order Conferment Ceremony" for President Erdoğan at the Dolmabahçe Presidential Working Office.
Noting that the "Order of Al Hussein bin Ali" presented to President Erdoğan represents the friendship and brotherhood between Jordan and Türkiye, King Abdullah II said, "This medal is a token of the profound ties of friendship and brotherhood between our countries and peoples. It is a manifestation of appreciation for the decades-long cooperation between our nations. I hope this will also stand as a symbol of our commitment to further advancing our relations and our service to our peoples and to our region."
Pointing out the historical friendship between Türkiye and Jordan, King Abdullah II added, "This is nearly an eighty-year partnership, and there is far more potential to advance it further."
King Abdullah II noted that the meeting with President Erdoğan at the Dolmabahçe Presidential Working Office was quite productive and stated, "The productive meetings we held today constitute an important step towards strengthening our bilateral cooperation in the fields of trade, industry, education, transportation, and defence."
King Abdullah II mentioned Türkiye's efforts to reduce tensions in the region and continued as follows:
"We remain in close coordination in our efforts to restore stability in our region and continue to work towards a just and lasting peace. Türkiye's role is of vital importance in the ongoing efforts to reduce tension in the region and in preserving the sovereignty of all countries. We maintain our commitment to work with you for a more peaceful Middle East."
King Abdullah II expressed his wishes for a blessed Ramadan for everyone.
The two leaders joined for an official banquet following the ceremony and later departed the office.
