President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan stated in his address to the 41st Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of the International Investors Association (YASED) that Türkiye is a centre of attraction for investors due to its young and qualified population and resolute economic strides, and added, “Türkiye stands out with its enterprising foreign policy aimed at establishing stability, an investor-friendly climate, and peace.".
President Erdoğan delivered a message to the 41st Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of the International Investors Association (YASED), stating, "Esteemed members of the International Investors Association, distinguished representatives of the business world, I would like to extend my heartfelt greetings and appreciation. I thank you for your kind invitation and wish 41st General Assembly of the Investors Association YASED will yield auspicious results. I am quite pleased with sincere efforts of YASED, which account for 85 per cent of direct investments in our country, for Türkiye’s development, growth, employment, and manufacturing.”
President Erdoğan said that Türkiye has risen to prominence due to its enterprising foreign policy, and added:
"At a time when our region and the world, particularly our immediate neighbourhood, are grappling with major challenges, Türkiye stands out with its enterprising foreign policy aimed at establishing stability, an investor-friendly climate, and peace. Our country's strategic location, young and qualified people, as well as the resolute strides it has taken in the economy, strengthens its position as an attraction centre, particularly for international investors.
We also provide the necessary assistance to all investors who have faith in and wish to invest in Türkiye during this critical period in which the global economy has been reshaped, as we have been doing for the past 20 years. I believe that YASED, which has filled a crucial gap in our country for nearly half a century with its corporate, robust, and overarching structure, will continue to play an active role in its field in the future.
While I conclude my remarks with these thoughts, I hope that the 41st General Assembly Meeting of YASED will yield auspicious results for our country and business world. Again, I would like to express my gratitude to you on behalf of my nation and myself for your contributions to our economy, and I salute you all with affection and respect."
