President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan met with President Umaro Sissoco Embalo of Guinea-Bissau in Istanbul.
During the meeting, bilateral relations between Türkiye and Guinea-Bissau, as well as regional and global developments, were discussed.
Pointing out the efforts to expand trade volume between the two countries, President Erdoğan stated that the progress made in Türkiye's relations with Africa over the past few years is favorable.
Emphasizing the ongoing massacre of the civilian population by Israel in Gaza, President Erdoğan said that the international community must intensify its pressure to stop the Netanyahu administration, adding that Türkiye persists in its endeavors to restore the ceasefire.
