President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who is in New York for the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly, met with Prime Minister Edi Rama of Albania at the Turkish House.
During the meeting, bilateral relations between Türkiye and Albania as well as regional and global issues were discussed.
President Erdoğan stated that efforts will continue to further develop bilateral relations between Türkiye and Albania in all areas.
Stressing that the massacres committed by Israel in Palestinian territories, particularly in Gaza, harm regional and global peace, President Erdoğan stated that violations of human rights and international law must now be stopped and that Israel will be forced to stop if all world states act together in a peace-oriented manner.
