President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan met with Prime Minister Anthony Albanese of Australia on the margins of the G20 Summit in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The meeting addressed bilateral relations between Türkiye and Australia as well as regional and global issues.
President Erdoğan expressed during the meeting that the work to advance cooperation between the two countries will persist.
President Erdoğan stated that Israel's massacres in Palestine and Lebanon pose a security risk not just for the region but also globally, and that stopping Israel and establishing lasting peace in the region would also contribute to global peace.
