President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan posted a congratulatory message on his social media account on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Republic.
In his message, President Erdoğan said:
"Today, we are enjoying the excitement and pride of celebrating the 100th anniversary of our Republic.
I wholeheartedly congratulate our citizens living in our country and around the world on the October 29 Republic Day.”

Ankara Schedule
11:00 - Visit to Anıtkabir (Atatürk's Mausoleum)
12:30- Opening of the oil painting exhibition "100 Giant Works in the 100th Year of the Republic" and receiving Republic Day congratulations, followed by a reception.
Istanbul Schedule
17:00 - The 100th anniversary parade of the Navy and Air Force crossing the Bosphorus
19:23 - A moment of silence, the singing of the National Anthem (Gendarmerie and Naval Forces Band), our President's 100th Anniversary Address
19:50 - Sound, light, drone and fireworks shows over the Bosphorus
