President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made examinations at Tersane (Shipyard) Istanbul, which is under construction.
The construction works are ongoing at the Tersane Istanbul Project, of which ground was broken on February 23 with the participation of President Erdoğan and built on an area of 280 thousand square meters.
Around noon, President Erdoğan went from his residence in Kısıklı to Kasımpaşa.
Responding by waving his hands to the citizens on his route that showed their love for him, Erdoğan was welcomed by citizens who gathered in Kasımpaşa with cheers and scarves of Kasımpaşa.
Erdoğan, who made examinations in Tersane Istanbul Project, known as Haliçport, was accompanied by the Director of Communications Fahrettin Altun, Presidential Spokesperson İbrahim Kalın, Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, Governor of Istanbul Ali Yerlikaya, Mayor of Beyoğlu Haydar Ali Yıldız, AK Party Spokesperson Ömer Çelik, Member of Parliament for Ankara Ali İhsan Yavuz and AK Party Istanbul Provincial Head Bayram Şenocak.
