President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan departed for Türkiye after the 16th Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization held in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan.
President Erdoğan was seen off by Turkish Ambassador to Tashkent Olgan Bekar, his wife Nurgül Bekar and other officials ahead of his departure from Islam Karimov Tashkent International Airport to Ankara.
President Erdoğan and First Lady Emine Erdoğan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan, Minister of Trade Ömer Bolat, Presidency’s Director of Communications Fahrettin Altun, Chief Advisor to the President Ambassador Akif Çağatay Kılıç, Chairman of OTS Council of Elders Binali Yıldırım, AK Party Secretary General Fatih Şahin and other officials also travelled to Ankara.
