President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke by phone with National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the People’s Council of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
The call addressed the Türkiye-Turkmenistan relations as well as regional and global issues.
President Erdoğan stated that Turkmenistan’s growing interest in the Organization of Turkic States is pleasing.
The two leaders also exchanged Eid al-Fitr greetings during the call.
