President Erdoğan spoke by phone with King of Malaysia Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah Ibni Almarhum Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta’in Billah.
The call addressed regional matters, including the Rohingya Muslims’ situation, and steps that would enhance the Türkiye-Malaysia relations. President Erdoğan and King Sultan Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah exchanged Eid al-Fitr greetings as well.
