Addressing citizens at the inauguration, President Erdoğan said: “Through the services, investments and reforms we have introduced over the past 17 years, we have turned Turkey into a country which truly practices its sovereignty. We owe it to the place to which we have brought our country in the past 17 years that we still stand tall despite all the attacks, traps, threats and blackmails we have been faced with.”
