President Erdoğan in Ukraine

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan arrived in Lviv, Ukraine, upon the invitation of President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine.

Upon arriving at Rzeszów International Airport in Poland, President Erdoğan was met by Polish Regional Governor Radoslaw Wiatr and Turkish Ambassador to Warsaw Cengiz Kamil Fırat, and then he travelled by land to the city of Lviv. The meeting of the two leaders started at the Potocki Palace at 14.40. 

President Erdoğan will meet with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres following his tête-à-tête with President Zelensky of Ukraine. After this meeting, President Erdoğan, Zelensky and Guterres will hold a joint press conference. 

President Erdoğan is accompanied by Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Fatih Dönmez, Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Vahit Kirişci, Minister of Trade Mehmet Muş, Director of the National Intelligence Service Hakan Fidan, Presidency’s Director of Communications Fahrettin Altun, Presidential Spokesperson İbrahim Kalın, President of Defense Industry Agency İsmail Demir, AK Party Deputy Chairman and Spokesperson Ömer Çelik and General Manager of Baykar Technology Company Haluk Bayraktar.
