President Erdoğan in the USA

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan arrived in the US capital Washington to attend the NATO Heads of State and Government Summit.

President Erdoğan was welcomed on Andrews Air Force Base by the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye Numan Kurtulmuş, Türkiye's Ambassador to Washington Sedat Önal, Presidency’s Secretary of Defence Industries Haluk Görgün and other officials.

President Erdoğan and First Lady Emine Erdoğan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan, Minister of National Defence Yaşar Güler, Director of the National Intelligence Organization (MIT) İbrahim Kalın, Chief of Cabinet to the President Hasan Doğan, Chief Advisor to the President on Foreign Policy and Security Ambassador Akif Çağatay Kılıç, Presidency's Deputy Head of Communications Çağatay Özdemir and AK Party Deputy Chairwoman Çiğdem Karaaslan also arrived in Washington.

President Erdoğan, who is going to participate in the Heads of State and Government meeting in the scope of NATO Heads of State and Government Summit, will attend NATO's 75th Anniversary Celebratory Event today. 

President Erdoğan will also hold bilateral talks with several heads of state and government.
