President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has arrived in the Saudi Arabian city of Jeddah to hold talks at the invitation of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia.
President Erdoğan was welcomed at King Abdulaziz International Airport by Emir of Makkah Khaled Al-Faisal, Türkiye’s Ambassador to Riyadh Fatih Ulusoy, Türkiye’s Permanent Representative to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Mehmet Metin Eker and other officials.
First Lady Emine Erdoğan, Minister of Interior Süleyman Soylu, Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar, Minister of Justice Bekir Bozdağ, Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca, Minister of Treasury and Finance Nureddin Nebati, Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, and Minister of Trade Mehmet Muş are accompanying the President in Saudi Arabia.
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan was welcomed by King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia with an official ceremony at the Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah.
After the national anthems of Türkiye and Saudi Arabia were played, President Erdoğan and King Salman bin Abdulaziz had a bilateral meeting.
King Salman bin Abdulaziz hosted an official dinner in honor of President Erdoğan.
