President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan inspected the ongoing search and rescue efforts in the earthquake-hit Gaziantep.
Visiting the tent city set up by the Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) in the province, President Erdoğan met with the quake survivors and wished a speedy recovery.
Announcing the latest number of people who have lost their lives as 14,014 and the injured as 63,794, President Erdoğan added that the state of emergency will be in effect following today’s voting in the Parliament.
