Oman
President Erdoğan spoke by phone with Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of Oman.
The leaders exchanged eid greetings during the call. President Erdoğan praised Oman's constructive attitude towards conflicts in our region.
Qatar
President Erdoğan spoke by phone with Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani of Qatar. The two leaders exchanged Eid al-Adha greetings during the call.
Sudan
President Erdoğan spoke by phone with Chairman of the Sovereignty Council of Sudan General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan.
The wish for Eid al-Adha to bring auspicious outcomes for the Sudanese people and the Islamic world was conveyed during the call in which the two leaders exchanged greetings.
President Erdoğan noted that they closely follow the incidents in Sudan, which cause them to observe yet another Eid with a heavy heart.
President Erdoğan said that the Turkish Embassy had not left Sudan despite the ongoing developments, and thus the activities have been uninterruptedly carried out from Port Sudan.
Armenia
President Erdoğan spoke by phone with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia.
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia congratulated the Turkish people's Eid al-Adha during the call. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan expressed his wishes that Eid al-Adha would bring peace, calm, and prosperity to all humanity, particularly to our region.
During the call, which also covered bilateral relations, President Erdoğan stated that confidence-building steps had been taken so far in the process initiated with the goal of full normalisation between Türkiye and Armenia and that this process should continue in the coming period.
Uzbekistan
President Erdoğan spoke by phone with President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan.
The leaders expressed their wish that Eid al-Adha may bring peace, tranquility and prosperity to the entire humanity, particularly to the Turkic and the Islamic world. Wishing success to President Mirziyoyev in the presidential elections on July 9, President Erdoğan noted that they wanted to hold the 3rd meeting of the High Level Strategic Cooperation Council as soon as possible.
