President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan departed for New York, United States, to attend the 77th session of the United Nations (UN) General Assembly and hold various meetings.
President Erdoğan concluded his visit to Samarkand, where he attended the 22nd Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Heads of State Summit as a special guest.
President Erdoğan, who departed for New York, USA, from Samarkand International Airport, was seen off by Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov of Uzbekistan, Deputy Prime Minister Jamshid Khodjaev of Uzbekistan, Deputy Foreign Minister Gayrat Fazilov of Uzbekistan, Türkiye’s Ambassador to Uzbekistan Olgan Bekar, Uzbekistan’s Ambassador to Türkiye Alisher Agzamhodjaev and other officials.
President Erdoğan and First Lady Emine Erdoğan departed for the US, as well as Minister of Treasury and Finance Nureddin Nebati, Minister of National Defence Hulusi Akar, Minister of Trade Mehmet Muş, Director of the National Intelligence Organisation Hakan Fidan, President of Defence Industries İsmail Demir, Director of Communications Fahrettin Altun, Presidential Spokesperson İbrahim Kalın, and AK (Justice and Development) Party Deputy Chairman and Party Spokesperson Ömer Çelik.
President Erdoğan will attend the 77th session of the UN General Assembly and hold various meetings.
