President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan issued a message on the occasion of the 58th anniversary of the establishment of the Constitutional Court.
In his message, President Erdoğan congratulated the anniversary of the establishment of the Constitutional Court, one of the most important and profound institutions of the judicial system.
Erdoğan noted the following:
“The Constitutional Court, which is the guarantee of democracy, the rule of law, the principle of equality and the enforcement of the fundamental rights and freedoms in the best and fairest way in our country, is our highest judicial body which is of vital importance for preserving and strengthening Turkey's qualities as a democratic state of law. As it was in the past, I believe that the Constitutional Court will act with a mission that expands the horizons of our country and our nation in our march towards our 2023 goals.”
