President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan congratulated the Moroccan National Team for making it to the FIFA World Cup 2022 semi-finals after defeating Portugal 1-0 in the quarter-finals.
In a post he shared on his Twitter account, President Erdoğan said, "I heartily congratulate the Moroccan National Team, the first African team to make it to the World Cup semi-finals, as well as all of our Moroccan brothers and sisters for this accomplishment."
