President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan congratulated the national athletes who won 341 medals at the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games.
In a post on his social media account, President Erdoğan said, “I congratulate all of our national athletes who put up tremendous effort and achieved a historic performance by winning 341 medals overall at the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games in Konya. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to our guests who have travelled to our country from various parts of the Islamic world.”
President Erdoğan also included photos of the athletes in his post.
