President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan was briefed by relevant ministers on the fight against the coronavirus (COVID-19) via videoconference.
A video, posted on President Erdoğan’s social media account regarding the content of the videoconference, stated that the President was closely following the efforts exerted by the relevant state bodies and that necessary steps were being taken in coordination as part of the fight against the coronavirus.
According to the video, President Erdoğan was briefed during the videoconference on the works undertaken by Vice President Fuat Oktay, Minister of Interior Süleyman Soylu, Minister of National Education Ziya Selçuk, Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Bekir Pakdemirli and Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca.
