In a post he shared on his social media account, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan stated that beginning on May 14, they will add new links to the chain of success that has been ongoing for 21 years and that they will build the Century of Türkiye with the nation once more.
In his post, President Erdoğan stated that since 2002, when they assumed responsibility for governing the country, they have worked tirelessly for the love of "great and strong Türkiye".
Stating that they are struggling to live up to the trust reposed in them at the ballot box, President Erdoğan said:
"Only Allah and our beloved nation are aware of the obstacles we've surmounted for this cause. If Türkiye has increased its per capita national income from $3,600 to $10,650 today... If it exports 255 billion dollars instead of 36 billion dollars annually... If its agricultural gross domestic product exceeds 407 billion liras… If the Central Bank reserve has reached a total of 115 billion dollars... If its employment capacity has reached 32 million and attracts 51.5 million tourists annually... If it is undertaking the largest initiatives in the field of transportation, defence, technology, energy, healthcare, housing and environment in its history... If Türkiye has a robust economy, strong infrastructure, high goals, and great self-confidence that does not crush its retirees, workers, and public servants under inflation despite the earthquake disaster, every one of its 85 million citizens and 81 provinces has a role in this.
"We will build the Century of Türkiye with our nation"
President Erdoğan said that his partners in the People's Alliance, with whom they are united in the cause of Türkiye, as well as the AK Party, contributed to the success, adding that industrialists, workers, farmers, merchants, housewives, and civil servants had worked just as hard as Tayyip Erdoğan to achieve this success.
In his post, President Erdoğan said: "This success is due to all of our citizens who, regardless of their political views, religious affiliations, or ethnic backgrounds, put their country first. All of our brothers and sisters, who have been praying for us and supporting us during our most difficult times for the last 21 years, contributed their effort, sincerity, and ownership to this success. Beginning on May 14, Inshallah, we will add new links to the 21-year-long chain of success. Together, side by side, we will build the Century of Türkiye with our nation."
