President Erdoğan attends G20 Extraordinary Leaders’ Summit via video conference

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan attended the G20 Extraordinary Leaders’ Summit, which was convened to discuss coronavirus as the main agenda item, via video conference.

The Summit, which was joined by President Erdoğan from Huber Villa in Tarabya, lasted for 2 hours and 15 minutes.   

Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Treasury and Finance Berat Albayrak, Director of Communications Fahrettin Altun, Presidential Spokesperson İbrahim Kalın and Turkey’s G20 Sherpa Hayrettin Demircan also attended the Summit held via video conference.

Besides Turkey, the G-20 countries include Germany, the United States, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, China, Indonesia, France, South Africa, South Korea, India, the United Kingdom, Italy, Japan, Canada, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, and the European Commission.
