President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan attended the dinner hosted by President Kassym Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan at the Akorda Presidential Palace in honour of the leaders at the 10th Summit of the Council of Heads of State of the Organisation of Turkic States.
