On Twitter, Presidency’s Communications Director Prof. Fahrettin Altun said: “The April 27th e-memorandum was imbedded in history as the offenses committed by those who saw themselves above the nation via penetrating into the state as it was during 17-25 December and 15 July coup attempt.”
Noting that 12 years passed over April 27th e-memorandum, Prof. Altun made the following remarks:
"Today, our President pointed out that they have never given an opportunity to social engineering plays and tutelage focal centers in politics and they are the movement which believes only in the support of the nation. The April 27th e-memorandum was imbedded in history as the offenses committed by those who saw themselves above the nation via penetrating into the state as it was during 17-25 December and 15 July coup attempt. Under the leadership of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, tutelage focal points are weakened and the politics of misuse have lost blood. Our President has been walking straight against any kind of tutelage and coup attempt targeting the national will and himself through direct illegal interventions. As our President stated, it is our virtue not to cause any damage in our nation's trust. We have never left the path of national will, nation's preferences, democracy and law until today. We will walk on the same path under the leadership of our President.”
