President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made a speech at the 39th General Assembly of the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK) in Istanbul.
Stating that the numbers, too, demonstrate Türkiye’s success rate that increases each passing year, President Erdoğan said: “With 395.9 billion dollars, our goods and service exports broke the Republican era record in 2025. Our goods exports, which were merely 36 billion dollars in 2002, increased to 273.3 billion dollars as of 2025.”
“And, our service exports, which were 14 billion dollars in 2002, increased to 122.6 billion dollars last year. Our share in the global goods exports has increased from 0.55 per cent to 1.07 per cent, and our share in the service exports to 1.31 per cent from 0.89,” President Erdoğan added.
