The appointments to the Embassies of Malta and Papua New Guinea, pursuant to Articles 2 and 3 of the Presidential Decree, have been published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly:
Barkın Kayaoğlu, Deputy Director General for Protocol, has been appointed as the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to the Republic of Malta, while Bilgin Özkan, Deputy Director General for Southeast Asia and the Pacific, has been appointed as the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to the Independent State of Papua New Guinea.
