On the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the proclamation of the Republic, Directorate of Communications opened “October 29, Road to the Republic” Digital Display Centre in Taksim.
The “October 29, Road to the Republic” Digital Display Centre opened at Taksim Square by the Directorate of Communications revives the saga of resistance.
With 600 square meters of indoor space and 300-square-meter LED screens located in 4 separate sections, videos themed “Saga of Resistance”, “Heroes of Anatolia” and “Joy of Republic” are displayed along with digital holograms, 3d images, and storytelling.
The centre will remain open for 7 days and can be visited free of charge between 11.00 a.m. and 10.00 p.m.
