Messages of support and condolences continue to pour in from around the world

Disaster relief in kind and cash continue to pour in from around the world for those devastated by the 7.7 and 7.6 magnitude earthquakes centred in Kahramanmaraş, Türkiye, affecting 11 provinces.

Relief in kind and cash continues to pour in from many countries, including USA, Uganda, United Arab Emirates (UAE), NATO, France, Somalia, Qatar, Malaysia, Ukraine, Ghana, Greece and Bosnia and Herzegovina for the victims of the earthquakes, which are described as the 'disaster of the century'. Some of the aid focuses on the reconstruction of the region, while others promote the employment of earthquake victims in disaster-affected areas.

In addition to the financial support sent to the disaster area, the USA, Uzbekistan, and Germany kept the disaster in Türkiye on their agenda and continued to convey their messages of condolences. Additionally, expressing their support and condolences, the Asian Triathlon Confederation and the Japan Triathlon Union provided financial and moral support for the earthquake survivors in the disaster areas.
