The Ukrainian delegation followed by the Russian Delegation arrived this morning at the meeting that commenced at the Presidential Working Office in Dolmabahçe.
The meeting kicked off after the speech delivered by President Erdoğan, who had arrived at the Presidential Working Office to make the opening remarks.
The negotiations in İstanbul have been scheduled for two days.
