Many countries worldwide continue to send relief to Türkiye for the victims of the earthquakes, which are described as the ‘disaster of the century'.

As part of the international aid sent to victims of the 'disaster of the century,' both donors and state institutions, as well as independent organizations in Taiwan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Russia, New York, and Botswana, continued to organize support campaigns for Türkiye.

Egypt, Iran and Palestine, which have provided in-kind and monetary aid to the disaster area since the onset of the earthquake, stated that they would continue their assistance and support for Türkiye.

On March 8, International Women's Day, women from around the world included earthquakes that occurred in Türkiye on their agendas, citing the significance and importance of the day. In this context, the Azerbaijan Women's Entrepreneurship Development Association collected aid for distribution in disaster-stricken areas in Türkiye. Ambassador Meyer-Landrut, Head of EU Delegation to Türkiye, spoke at the panel on "Disaster and Women," emphasizing the magnitude of the disaster while expressing the European Union's and its member states' support for women affected by the disaster.
