Presidency's Head of Communications Burhanettin Duran made a statement on President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s upcoming visits to Saudi Arabia on 3 February 2026 and Egypt on 4 February 2026.
Head of Communications Duran stated the following in a message on his NSosyal account:
''President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will pay a visit to Saudi Arabia on 3 February 2026 and to Egypt on 4 February 2026.
At the invitation of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, our President will hold meetings in Riyadh to discuss additional steps to deepen cooperation between Türkiye and Saudi Arabia, along with regional and global developments.
On 4 February 2026, following his visit to Riyadh, our President will co-chair the second meeting of the Türkiye–Egypt High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council in Cairo with his Egyptian counterpart, at the invitation of President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi of Egypt.
As part of the visit to Egypt, it is envisaged that issues on our bilateral agenda will be addressed, and that views will also be exchanged on regional and international developments, with particular focus on Palestine.
In addition, our President is scheduled to take part in the Türkiye–Egypt Business Forum to be held as part of the visit."
