The Presidency’s Head of Communications, Burhanettin Duran, shared a message on his NSosyal account, stating that Prime Minister Ali Faleh al-Zaidi of Iraq will pay an official visit to Türkiye on 28 July.

“At the invitation of our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi of Iraq will pay an official visit to Türkiye on 28 July 2026.
During the visit, bilateral relations will be reviewed in all their dimensions, with particular emphasis on security, trade, energy, transport and water management, and views will be exchanged on regional and global developments.”
