Head of Communications of the Presidency’s Directorate of Communications, Burhanettin Duran, shared a message on his NSocial account on the occasion of World Autism Awareness Day on 2 April.
In his message, Head of Communications Duran stated:
“Autism is not a deficiency, but a difference that forms the foundation of our social richness.
Every individual has a unique language, rhythm, and strengths. Our duty is to understand these differences and grow stronger together. That is why we say: ‘Recognise Early.’
Social awareness should not be limited to a single day; it must evolve into a lasting understanding that enables equal involvement in all areas of life.
On the occasion of 2 April World Autism Awareness Day, I extend my warm greetings and best wishes to our brothers and sisters with autism and their valued families.”
